We have put in place an organization to share knowledge and know-how so as to offer the best services to our clients: the Permanent University of Vision IT Group. The training courses offered by our in-house training centre are intended firstly to share and to develop the competences of Vision IT Group’ consultants. These training courses are also provided to our clients or given in schools.

Certification Courses
The purpose of each of these courses is to achieve the promotion of 6 consultants to the first level of certification in each of the domains. Vision IT Group provides the documentation, the course and the certification by an authorised body. Each of these courses runs for just under 4 months, with training sessions held in Boulogne in the evening every two weeks. A two-person team of instructors is available to work with the employees and it also functions outside the sessions so as to stay in touch with the students and respond to their various questions. Independently of the courses provided in this way, Vision IT Group encourages its employees to get themselves certified. As with the courses run by the company itself, Vision IT Group pays for the training texts, the tutoring and enrollment in the certification exam held by an authorised institution.
