This operational model consists in sharing the competences of the group's affiliates, each of which is specialized in one or two technologies and putting its R&D at the disposal of the other affiliates. Senior experts travel among the various entities of the group for promotion and to ensure that all the competences are deployed. The ‘Grid Company’ enables Vision IT Group to make a broad product offering, on a pan-European scale, without duplication of R&D.
