Orientation and follow-up
Vision IT Group accords great importance to the integration of new employees within the various teams that comprise the enterprise. We regularly arrange orientation seminars during which all of the managers talk about the roles and missions of their teams and how the teams are organized to allow each participant to take a suitable place within his team. Moreover, at the start of a new assignment, the staff is followed by their direct manager, who makes sure they are satisfied. At the end of the orientation period, then twice a year, each employee gets to have a personalized interview called the “Plan of Individual Objectives."

Training
We have put in place an organization to share knowledge and know-how in order to offer the best services to our clients: the Permanent University. The training courses offered by our in-house training centers are intended firstly to share and to develop the competences of Vision IT Group’ consultants. These training courses are also provided to our clients or given in schools.
Perspectives and career growth
Vision IT Group offers its employees heightened visibility in their career within the company and the prospect of growth. For this purpose, Vision IT Group has designed a grid of in-house mobility which begins with a snapshot of existing duties and then offers opportunities for growth via courses and new skills. These skills are achieved thanks to monitoring the plan for professional training.
