In keeping with the information released on 1 October 2008, VISION IT GROUP proceeded with incorporation of the investment company CIM VISION S.A. This entity brings together the holdings of the Group’s managers, as well as the share capital retained by the founders of the Group. CIM VISION S.A. is thus a shareholder of the VISION IT GROUP, with a 15.73% stake.

In 6 months, Vision IT Group has hired nearly 300 persons: half came through organic growth, principally in France, and the rest was due to external growth with the purchase of Drago Solutions in Spain.
