VISION IT GROUP, the European advisory group with expertise in Information Technologies, announces the signing of an agreement on exclusive industrial collaboration with the GRUPPO IMOLA, an Italian consulting and IT engineering company.
Consolidating expertise and growing the presence of VISION IT GROUP in Italy
GRUPPO IMOLA will enhance the product offering of VISION IT GROUP in high value added services of strategic consultancy and the architecture of Information Systems (services and open source oriented Architecture). Positioned in consulting and acknowledged for its capabilities in innovation, GRUPPO IMOLA has 50 senior consultants.
Over the course of 20 years, the IMOLA group has developed a strong presence in the international arena. It operates mainly in the sectors of finance, industry and government organizations. In 2008, its sales figures were around 3.5 million Euros.
VISION IT GROUP has been operating in Italy since 2005 and will now significantly strengthen its presence and skills in this area. The integration of the product offering and expertise of the IMOLA group in the ‘Grid Company’ will enable VISION IT GROUP to develop its skills in SOA and open source.

It bears mention that for one year VISION IT GROUP will have an option to buy the capital of the IMOLA group in its entirety.
