Eric Denoun, President France and Executive Director BeLux
Eric Denoun is a graduate of the 3rd cycle, University of PARIS IX Dauphine. He began his career within the Research and Consultancy management team at EDF. After working successfully for a time at the service company Altran Technologies in the beginning of 1990s, he then participated in the creation of a joint subsidiary of IBM/Dassault Electronique called DE3i, which specialized in the infrastructures of networks and open systems.
When GFI Informatique purchased DE3i Informatique in 1997, he was made Commercial Director of their New Technologies entity. In 2001, together with Marc Urbany, he founded the company i2S Consulting, which is today Vision IT Group. There he began as Director General France; he is now President France and Executive Director BeLux since 1 September 2008.
As President France, his principal objective is to optimize the synergies between the various French structures: Vision IT Group (the historic structure), Optium (today Optium | Vision IT Group) and EZOS (today Vision IT Group).
‘I intend to concentrate on greater synergies at the operating level and on sharing back-office services. This will make it possible to have a more structured management guidance that conveys the fundamental values of the Group and applies good processes,’ says Eric Denoun.
His objectives at BeLux are to reach the levels of growth and profitability comparable to the other entities of the Group and to apply effectively the commercial and HR processes of the Group. From the time of his arrival at the head of Vision IT Group BeLux, he initiated a restructuring of the operations and commercial teams and implemented the merger of the Vision IT Group Belgium (historic) teams with members of the company EZOS (today, Vision IT Group).
Philippe Bellet, Director General Vision IT Group France
Philippe Bellet has been named as the new Director General of Vision IT Group France. With an MBA from ESSEC, Philippe Bellet began his career in 1991 at Telogy International as a Business Engineer, eventually moving up to the position of Business Manager France. In 2000, he joined GFI Informatique in the post of Business Engineer Major Accounts in the New Technologies entity. In 2001, together with Eric Denoun and Marc Urbany, he founded the company i2S Consulting, which is today Vision IT Group. There he became Commercial Director of the French subsidiary before being named Director General of Vision IT Group France.
In addition to re-energizing the operations teams, Philippe Bellet wants especially ‘to consolidate our image of ‘multi-specialists’ by reinforcing the monitoring of consultants at the level of managing their careers and to orient ourselves, from a commercial point of view, towards specializations matching the sectors of our clients.’
